Terms and conditions We follow an all-included price policy with no extra charges whatsoever. The fee you pay is final and includes a welcome basket to get you started with milk, butter, jam, bread, enough Nespresso capsules for your stay, olive oil and fresh oranges. As a guest you can expect to find shampoo and bath gel as well as a small hammock for each guest to relax and sit down by the shared swimming pool. To confirm your reservation you have to make a bank transfer for 30% of the the amount of the cost of your stay. Should you cancel your reservation, your deposit wil be fully refunded until two weeks before your check-in time. After that a 50% penalty is applied. Unfortunately, for the time being, we are unable to accept payment via credit card. A small deposit of 60€ is expected on arrival and will be given back when checking out. Check-in times are completely flexible unless there’s another client coming the day you check out in which case we kindly ask you to leave the apartment before 12:00 in the morning.
